Used to switch 7-segment display modes.

(6) Maintenance connector (Modular jack)
This connector, provided for debugging, is a dedicated communication connector to
connect the L3 CPU module with a personal computer in which a debugging-
maintenance-tool is installed.
(7) Engineering tool connector (D-sub connector)
A dedicated communication connector (RS-232C compliant) to connect the LE CPU
module with a personal computer in which the engineering tool is installed.
(8) Serial bus connector (D-sub connector)
A dedicated connector (RS-485 compliant) to connect serial bus.
PS791/PS791S
The power supply module supplies power to each component module. Its input is
specified for 100/240 Vac. Normally, this module is forced-air-cooled by a dedicated fan
unit.
On its front panel, the power supply module is provided with:
• Indication LEDs: POWER/BATT/FAN
• Voltage check terminals: 5.0 V/3.3 V/0 V
• Voltage adjustment knobs: 5.0 V/3.3 V
• Battery holder: For a lithium battery
• Line I/O terminals: AC power input terminals L/N/FG/LG, Fan alarm FAN/ALM,
Operation signal RUN
• Shutdown switch: (For PS791S only)
etc.
This module provides backup power supply function by lithium battery, RUN relay output
function, and shutdown function (PS791S).
