Table 5-1 shows the condition under which each status LED on the L3 CPU module front
panel lights. To confirm the detail of each error, connect the engineering tool to the L3
controller.

For analysis of error cause using the engineering tool, refer to Section 5.2 "Trace
Function". For trace information, refer to Appendix C "Table of Trace Information".
Actions to be taken
To resume control, change the operation mode to "RUN" using
the engineering tool or the mode switch, or turn on the power
again.
Remove the cause of error, and reset the error status using
the engineering tool. Then change the operation mode to
"RUN", or turn on the power again.

Disconnected fan cable is suspected. Check cable
connection. Replace the fan unit.
