Carrying-in

Normally, carry equipment into the control room after unpacking. Carry equipment
carefully so as not to give shock or damage to the equipment.
(1) Carry equipment on a hand truck or using steel pipes as rollers. Lay blockboards
etc. on the floor, for protection.
(2) If a lever is to be used, apply pads to the equipment for protection against damage.
(3) When carrying tall equipment, pay attention to the center of balance so that the
equipment does not turn over.
(4) When carrying equipment into the control room, take appropriate measures to
minimize difference between outdoor and indoor temperatures so that dews are not
formed on the interior or exterior surfaces of the console.
