4-Cylinder Direct Injection 2.0L 4V TFSI Engine (EA 888 Generation III) - Edition 11.2019
– Remove the bolt -arrow- and the union nuts -1, and 2-.
– Remove the high pressure pipe.
– Seal off any open lines and connections with plugs that are
thoroughly cleaned from the Engine Bung Set - VAS6122- .
– Free up the coolant line -2- from the intake manifold and push
to the side.
– Disconnect the vacuum hose -4-.
– Free up the vacuum line -1- for the Intake Manifold Runner
Control Valve - N316- on the intake manifold.
– Disconnect the connector -1- for the Charge Air Pressure Sen‐
sor - G31- .
– Loosen the screw-type clamp -2- and remove the air duct pipe
