This bit will always be 0.

The condition bit will be pulsed to a 1 and
immediately back to 0 if an error in the +900 to
+999 range occurs. Query the Event Register to find
out if one of these errors occurred.
The condition bit will be pulsed to a 1 and
immediately back to 0 if an error in the +800 to
+899 range occurs. Query the Event Register to find
out if one of these errors occurred.
The condition bit will be pulsed to a 1 and
immediately back to 0 if an error in the +700 to
+799 range occurs. Query the Event Register to find
out if one of these errors occurred.
The condition bit will be pulsed to a 1 and
immediately back to 0 if an error in the +600 to
+699 range occurs. Query the Event Register to find
out if one of these errors occurred.

+399 range occurs. Query the Event Register to find
out if one of these errors occurred.
