Control Description
Programs voltage setting and range.
Programs current setting and range.
Program Turn-on /Turn Off delay.
Selects voltage and current measurement range.
Specifies measurement points, time interval, and trigger offset.
Selects measurement window (Rectangular/Hanning).
Lets you abort a measurement in progress.
Selects voltage mode (Fixed, Step, or List).
Selects current mode (Fixed, Step, or List).
Programs voltage and current steps. Enables step trigger signals.
Specifies Dwell or Trigger paced list.
Specifies number of list repetitions, or specifies continuous list.
Specifies list settings when the list terminates.
