Probe Filter
Agilent CrossLab CS Electronic Leak Detector Operation Manual
In the leak detector, there is filter installed in the probe to protect
against particulate contamination. A clogged filter may cause a
decrease in the detection sensitivity.

Hold the probe facing upwards and start to unscrew the
probe tip.

Gently tap the male portion of the probe downwards to
remove the mesh filter.

The mesh filter can be back flushed with compressed air or
replaced entirely. (Order P/N G6694-60005).

Back flush the probe tip if necessary
5
Insert the mesh filter in position and screw the probe tip
back on.
