Selecting The Flash Rom Type - AOpen AP5C User Manual

You must reset the 3-pin jumper JP12 when you upgrade your cache.
See the figure below for the correct settings.

Selecting the Flash ROM Type

Set the 3-pin jumper JP13 according to the Flash ROM type. If you
use 5V Flash ROM, then you must close pins 1-2 of JP13. For a 12V
Flash ROM, the required setting is 2-3. The default setting is 1-2.
