5.4.1 Endress+Hauser operating program
The operating program FieldCare is an Endress+Hauser Plant Asset Management Tool based on
FDT technology. You can use Field-Care to configure all your Endress+Hauser devices, as well as
devices from other manufacturers that support the FDT standard. It is compatible with the following
operating systems: Win2000, WinXP and Windows Vista.
FieldCare supports the following functions:
•Online configuration of transmitters
•Signal analysis via envelope curve
•Tank linearization
•Loading and saving of device data (upload/download)
•Documentation of the measuring point
Connection options:
•HART via Commubox FXA191 and the RS 232 C serial port of a computer
•HART via Commubox FXA195 and the USB port of a computer
