regarding questions about the repair.
– The return authorization (RA) number (US customers), or
reference number (European Customers).
Clearly mark the outside of the package with the JDSU-issued
Return or Reference Authorization number and ship it prepaid
and insured to JDSU. For information on packaging equip-
