Internal Settings

ATTENTION:
There are two internal jumpers used to configure the DTP2 ground lift and remote power.
The jumpers have the following numbering scheme and function:

NOTES:
• Use electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions (be electrically grounded) when
making connections.

installation sites, which can lead to equipment damage or a missing or

If the ground jumper is open, a DTP2 211 unit cannot remotely power the other

unit, because of ground potential differences. Each unit requires a local power
supply.
• If the 48 VDC remote power jumper is off, DTP2 211 unit cannot remotely power
the other unit. Each unit requires a local power supply.
