Cause
Solution
Power not getting
Check fuse on the AMZ that the error
to heating element
element is connected to.
Check that electrical connector on the
heated hose is plugged into the AMZ.
Check continuity of pins C and D on
electrical connector at AMZ end of heated
element. See heated element manual for
impedance measurements. Replace hose if
readings are too high.
No 24 VDC power
Reconnect or replace CAN cable
supply to ADM
connecting driver and ADM. If CAN
connection good, check 24V power supply
wiring in driver. Make sure AC power to
pump is turned off before checking power
supply. Yellow LED on driver connector
board should be flashing.
Cross threaded
CAN cables carry 24 V DC power and
CAN cable
communication between modules. A cross
threaded CAN cable connector may cause
problems with communication and/or power
to modules. Carefully check for cross
threaded CAN connections on the ADM and
driver. Yellow LED on driver connector
board should be flashing.
No AC power to
Verify pump is turned on by confirming
driver
disconnect switch is in the ON position.

AC disconnect
Disconnect pump from AC power. Check
switch broken
