A/B Phase 2X, With Reload, Count Repetitively
Figure 3.18 shows A/B Phase 2X mode, Ch0_A and Ch0_B provide the counting
function. When the counter0 is enabled, the couner0 starts to count. If the counter
value is overflow or underflow, it will reset to the defined value (e.g. 0x33) and keep
counting repetitively.
