A/B Phase 1X, No Reload, Count Once
Figure 3.13 shows A/B Phase 1X mode, Ch0_A and Ch0_B provide the counting
function. When the counter0 is enabled, the couner0 starts to count. If the counter
value is overflow or underflow, it will show the minimum (0x00) or maximum
(0xFFFFFFFF) value and not count continuously.
