4.24 Parameter clear/ All parameter clear

POINT
Set "1" in Pr.CL Parameter clear, ALLC all parameter clear to initialize parameters. (Parameters are not cleared
when "1" is set in Pr. 77 Parameter write selection.)
Refer to the extended parameter list on page 58 for parameters cleared with this operation.
Operation
