During a Call
The following features are available during an internal call:
Page Queue places your call on hold by sending it to one of ten Page Queue destinations. You are then free to
[PgQ]
page all the system members from your phone and announce that there is a call for Mr. Doe on a specific Page
Queue Line. The call can be picked up from any system station. See
Transfer passes your call to another destination. Pressing
[Xfer]
(internal or external), and disconnect to transfer the call, or first announce the call and then disconnect. See

Hold places the active call on hold. See
[Hold]
or MUTE Mute can be activated during a conversation to mute your side of the conversation (handset, headset and
[Mute]
speaker-phone). When this feature is activated by the

Calls Waiting can be used to view the number of calls waiting for you during a conversation. See
