Class Of Service (COS) A Class-of-Service (COS) consists of a list of features that are available to the telephone

Automatic Call Distribution and Uniform Call Distribution. Calls enter the system and are
automatically routed to the ACD or UCD members based upon system definitions of
availability and overflow.

Primary and Secondary COS, but only one COS can be utilized at a time. When the

and the user is denied this feature.
