Silent Monitoring

This feature enables an authorized (COS and AUTHORIZATION) user to monitor and/or record (may require additional
hardware) any system port, station, trunk, etc. in any state (except data and conference), without audio or visual warning to
the monitored party. While monitoring a port, your telephone returns a busy signal for all incoming calls.
The volume can be adjusted using the VOL
