Before conducting the inspection, make sure the tractor engine is off, all rotation has
stopped and the tractor is in park with the parking brake engaged. Make sure the
mower is resting on the ground or securely blocked up and all hydraulic pressure
has been relieved.
The Operator's Manual is in the canister on the implement
All safety decals are in place and legible
The hitch connection bolts & pins are tight
Tongue/hitch connection bolts & pins are tight
There are no cracks in tongue or hitch
Tow chain is properly attached to the tractor & implement
The hydraulic cylinders pins are properly retained
There are no leaking or damaged hoses
The Driveline clutch is in good condition, not frozen
The Driveline tubes & u-joints have been lubricated
The Driveline yoke is securely attached to the PTO
The Gearbox oil level is full
The Conveyor Roller are in good condition, turn freely
Conveyor belt and chain drives are tight
Conveyor belt and chain drives are properly lubricated
Conveyor belt teeth and bolts are tight
Tires are properly inflated and in good condition
Wheel lug nuts are tight
Transport locks are in good condition
