Pivoting rock windrower

The wheel lock pins come equipped with two holes
for the hairpin. When the rock windrower is pivoting
between transport and working positions, the wheel
lock pins should be secured in the up position as
indicated.
When the rock windrower is in working or transport
positions, the wheel lock pins should be secured in
the down position as indicated.
The proper length of the R200-105 (front/right link
arm) is 36" center of hole to center of hole. The
proper adjustment for the R200-106 (rear/left link
arm) is 44 15/16" center of hole to center of hole.

Driveline Shield Chains

Attach PTO shield chain to tractor or windrower hitch allowing sufficient slack for turning.
OSHA, ASABE, and SAE standards require that all rotating shafts be guarded against
contact. The unchained plastic shields can rotate with the driveline but must stop when they
contact another object. (Note: These shields may also be chained.)
The shields must be regularly greased and checked that they rotate freely on the driveline. Refer to the
Lubrication section for greasing intervals.
