The purpose of this manual is to provide the descriptions and
procedures required to allow for efficient use of the Simrad SN90. This
manual is intended for all regular users of the SN90. Due to the nature
of the descriptions and the level of detail provided by this manual, it
is well suited for those who use the SN90 on a daily basis, and have
access to expert users for advice.
Caution
You must never start SN90 transmissions (pinging) when the ship
is in dry dock. The transducers may be damaged if they transmit in
open air.
