Selecting Normal mode to start "pinging"

In order to transmit ("ping") you must set the SN90 to Normal operating mode. This is
the default mode when the SN90 is turned on.
Context
The
function controls the operating mode of the SN90. You can set it to
Operation
Normal, Replay or Inactive. Normal mode allows the SN90 to transmit ("ping") through
the water, and to receive the echoes.
Caution
You must never start SN90 transmissions (pinging) when the ship is in dry dock. The
transducer may be damaged if it transmits in open air.
Once started, the SN90 transmissions are controlled by the
functions.
