Basic programming procedure

Programming is initially done from extension

using a Systemphone.
Programming is carried out as follows:
• Enter the access code
• Enter the three-digit access PIN (preset as
111
)

• Enter the required admin code.
• Enter any required data.
• To enter another admin code, step back to the
Di al admi
code prompt by pressing #. Some

features require you to press # more than
once.
• To finish programming, replace the handset
or press HANDS FREE.
Any programming changes you make will be
saved when you leave programming mode or
step back to the main prompt.

Busy lamp field

If a Systemphone is being used to program
the system, once the programming code is
entered 12 of the 16 keys and lights operate
as a Busy Lamp Field, which shows the
programming status of each extension.
When a light is on it indicates that the
associated extension is programmed.
To enter or remove an extension you may
press the key associated with the extension,
or you may dial the extension number.
When you press the key or dial the extension
number, the number will appear on the
display.
