Maintenance of the sen‐

pH and ORP sensors are maintenance-free
and need to be replaced when they are no
longer operating perfectly. Having said that, the
good physical state of the sensors needs to be
checked regularly.
1.
Check whether there is dirt or reside on
the heads of the sensors.
2.
Do so by regularly calibrating the
sensors and replace them when they
can no longer be calibrated.
3.
Remove the sensors during long opera‐
tional pauses (e.g. over-wintering) and
store the sensors in their original pack‐
aging. Do not forget to pour water, or
even better water from the pool, into the
sensor cover.
