Troubleshooting

Before repair, check the following table for possible fault causes.
If the fault persists after you follow the instructions in the User Guide, you can consider repair.
Symptom
The power indicator does
not light on.
The power indicator lights
on in orange.
The image is blurred or has
interference
stripes
obvious color edges on
characters.
The image is abnormal.
The whole screen or part of
it has blurs (color irregular
thin stripes).
The image cannot cover the
whole screen and has blurs at
the edges.
The message "Power board 1
is faulty, please replace it in
time" or "Power board 2 is
faulty, please replace it in
time" is displayed during
power-on or use.
Troubleshooting
Solution
Check whether the power plug is securely connected to the socket.
Check whether the power supply is normal.
Check whether the monitor is in the standby state.
Check whether the signal cable is securely connected.
Check whether the output resolution of the signal input device is the
resolution most suitable for the product.
Unplug and replug the signal cable or restart the signal input device.
Check whether wiring is secure.

LCD monitor be used.
