SERIES 90 HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEMS

The Series 90 high voltage test systems use scanner boards that have 64 test points each. These
scanner boards use selectively loaded 96-pin DIN connectors. The connectors are loaded with
pins in the even-numbered outer two rows, A and C. The center row B is not loaded. Therefore,
rows 2, 4, 6, etc., are the only rows with pins. This configuration yields 32 pins per connector.
The first pin of each connector is located in the upper left corner. The second pin is located in
the upper right corner. See Figure 16 for the proper location and orientation of the connectors.
Note:
When making interface cables, be careful to use
these locations and avoid using the pin
numbers stamped on the DIN connectors.
