Series 90HV23 Cabinet

Starting at the left, remove blank panel for each high-voltage scanner board to be added. All
scanner boards must be installed consecutively in the card cage without skipping one. As shown
in Figure 12, scanner boards are installed from the left. If more capacity is needed after the last
slot has been filled, a new cabinet must be added. (Refer to Adding Expansion Cabinets, earlier
in this section.)

Make sure that the terminating plug is installed on the 9-pin output
connector on the rear panel. A time out error message will be
displayed when the system initiates communication with the
expansion cabinet if the termination plug is not installed. (Refer to
Series 90/90HV Connection Procedure, earlier in this section.)
