12. TestDiag pauses and displays a message box
prompting to install resistor bank on first scanner
board connector (J1). Install Calibration board
using connectors opposite of side marked
"Shorting Bar."
13. Click OK, and verify Resistor Bank test passes.
14. TestDiag pauses and displays a message box
prompting to remove shorting bars and resistor banks. Remove all connections to the
scanner boards and click OK.
15. Verify High Voltage Generator test passes
16. Verify High Voltage Discharge test passes.
17. TestDiag pauses and displays a message box prompting to install a shorting bar
(connector) on the first scanner board connector (J1). Install Calibration board using
connectors marked "Shorting Bar." To make a shorting bar, use a scanner board mating
connector (5211036) and solder a shorting wire across all pins.
18. TestDiag performs several tests on various high-voltage circuit components. Verify that
Passed is displayed after each of the following tests:
 Scanner Relay Test
 High Voltage Select Test
 High Current Generator Test
19. TestDiag pauses and displays a message box prompting to install a 100 M resistor
between test point 1 and test point 57. Install Calibration board using connectors
opposite side marked "Shorting Bar."
20. Click OK, and verify Isolation Amplifier test passes.
21. TestDiag pauses and displays a message box prompting to remove shorting bars and
resistor banks. Remove all connections to the scanner boards and click OK.
22. Verify Controller Leakage test passes.
23. Verify System Leakage test passes.
24. Verify Self-Test passed. If all tests
pass, Test Results window will
display as shown.
