APPLICATION MENU
The Application Menu is opened by clicking
the tester icon on the left of the ribbon menu.
The Application Menu provides buttons for
printing test results, printing to text files,
previewing before printing, and printer setup.
The Application Menu also provides a button
for accessing Tester Settings which are
described below.
Print
Print command opens a print dialog box displaying the current printer selected and how the
printout will be printed. After making any necessary changes to the printer, press OK to print
the contents of the test results.
Quick Print
Quick Print command sends the test results directly to the default printer.
Print to File
Print to File command saves the content of the Test Result Window in a text file. This can be
useful when archiving or sharing the self-diagnostic test results.
Print Preview
Print Preview command opens a window displaying the test results on a simulated printout so
that it can be viewed before printing. Press either the printer icon to print the results or press the
close button to cancel the and close the window.
Tester Settings
The tester settings command opens a Tester Settings
dialog box for specifying the type of tester
connected, the communication (COM) port used on
the PC, the number of available shorting bars, and a
selection that specifies if the connected tester is a
high precision capacitance model.
Tester Type
Specifies the type of tester that is connected. Tester
Type is selected by clicking the drop-down list.
The Status bar on the TestDiag screen will display
the selected tester model.
