HIGH-VOLTAGE INTERFACE CABLES AND CONNECTORS
The Series 90 high-voltage test systems use selectively loaded 96-pin DIN connectors to
interface between the test points on the scanner boards and the assembly under test. For
isolation purposes, the scanner board connectors have pins in only every-other position of the
outer two rows. This configuration produces 32 pins per connector. Therefore, two 32-pin DIN
connectors are used for each high voltage scanner board.
5211036 Connector Kit
The 5211036 connector kit is used to make high-voltage interface cables. The kit consists of the
32-pin scanner board interface DIN connector with solder tails and a connector hood. The
5211036 is used to make the 5211037 high-voltage cable assembly. See Figure 19.

5211037 Cable Assembly
The 5211037 is an eight-foot discrete wired high voltage cable assembly. It has a 32-pin male
DIN connector (5211036) on one end, and the second end is unterminated. This cable can be
used to terminate mating connectors for the assembly under test or a connector to interface to a
test fixture. See Figure 19.
