5. Using the cutter rotation knob, found on the lower right of the cutter assembly, press
the knob in and using your other finger rotate wheel located under the cutter cover.
6. Continue to rotate the blades until the lower cutter blade is fully exposed. Using a
cotton swab dampened with Isopropyl Alcohol to remove any adhesive buildup from
the lower cutter blade. Small tweezers may also be used to remove excessive
adhesive build up as needed.
