CPU External Clock (BUS) Frequency: CLK1, CLK2, CLK3

The table below shows the jumper settings for the different CPU speed
configurations.

CPU to Bus Frequency Ratio: FREQ1, FREQ2, FREQ3

These three jumpers are used in combination to decide the ratio of the
internal frequency of the CPU to the bus clock.
