11.4.11 Configuring EDID Mode

To set the EDID mode of a specified B162-001-POE transmitter, type the command in this format:
edid + i<port> + <EDID_mode> + \r\n
Control

Example:
• To set the EDID mode of a transmitter with the device ID of 16 to auto, type edid i016 auto

11.4.12 Rebooting the B162 Units

To reboot a B162 transmitter or receiver, type the command in this format: reset + a<port> | i<port> |o<port> + \r\n

Example:
• To reboot the transmitter with the IP address of 10.0.60.13, type reset i10.0.60.13 or reset a10.0.60.13
• To reboot all receivers, type reset o*
Description
Indicates the device ID, MAC address or IP address of the transmitter
(B162-001-POE) connected to the source of the target display.
Indicates the EDID mode you wish to set to the specified transmitter. Valid
inputs include:
• Default – Sets up the input to an optimum configuration based on EDID
predefined by Tripp Lite.
• Auto – Sets up the input to the highest resolution of the connected displays.
• Manual – Sets up the input to user's configuration.
• Remix – Sets up the input to an optimum resolution of the connected displays.
Ends the command.
Description
Indicates the device ID or IP address of the target transmitter or receiver.
Indicates the device ID of the target input device (B162-001-POE).
Use an asterisk (*) to target all transmitters in the environment.
Indicates the device ID of the target output device (B162-100-POE).
Use an asterisk (*) to target all receivers in the environment.
Ends the command.
