7. Hardware Setup
7.1 Components
Before proceeding to hardware setup:
•Review the safety information regarding the placement of this device in Important Safety Instructions.
•Do not power on the device until all necessary hardware is connected.

HDMI Input – Connects an HDMI cable to the source device.

Audio Input – Connects an audio cable to the source device's analog output.
Note: Does not support microphones.

Bi-Directional IR Port – Connects an IR receiver/transmitter to allow configuration using a remote control.

RS-232 Serial Port – Connects to a computer for serial control.

USB-B Port – Connects to the source device.
