Chapter 3: Configuration
Note: In Manual Control Mode the ControlSignal is the sum of the competing
signals – DDCIncrease, DDCDecrease and the signals from the keys on the front
panel.

functions TrackOne and TrackTwo. TrackOne and TrackTwo perform identical
functions but TrackOne has a higher priority than TrackTwo.
Note: The Tracking function is not available when using a Three State Pulse
Output.
In Tracking Mode the value of the Controller Output is determined by an external
signal. The mode is initiated by digital signals TrackOneEnable and
TrackTwoEnable. For each tracking function there are four different tracking
modes:
• InAutoWDeltaU
• WhenEnabled
• WhenEnabledWDeltaU
• InAutoBumpless
Note:
The Control Block's output signal is called DeltaU. This signal is used by the
Output Configuration Block to form the ControlSignal, which is used for analog
outputs. When selecting a mode where DeltaU is used (InAutoWDeltaU or
WhenEnabledWDeltaU), ControlSignal is calculated according to the formula
below:
