Chapter 3: Configuration
The time 9 – (minus) 7 ≥ TimerTime and therefore the ramp is complete.
Note: It is not possible to toggle between ISP and ESP when RampDone is False.
If ESPEnable = True and RampMode = On then ESP is the target value of the
Simple Set Point Ramp.
If Tracking = TrackESP and RampDone = True, then the value of ESP is copied
over to ISP.
Whenever the control Mode is Manual then the RampDone output is True.
Here is how the simple ramp function works when the Set Point Ramp function
is active:

The Control Mode is Auto (RampActive = False, RampDone = True).
The Control Mode changes to a non-Auto Mode (usually Manual). When
this happens, one segment of the Set Point bar graph is highlighted to show
that it is possible to adjust the Set Point Ramp Target Value. The position of
this highlighted segment indicates the last target value used.
The user presses the Next key to make Ramp Set Point the currently selected
signal.
The user presses the UP/Down keys, and sets the target value of the Set Point
Ramp. (The actual Set Point remains unchanged, as does the Set Point Bar
Graph). The highlighted segment changes its position as the user changes the
target value. The target value is also presented in numerical form on the
display.
The Control Mode is changed from non-Auto (usually Manual) to Auto
(RampActive = True, RampDone = False).
The ramp block memorizes the target value of the Set Point.
The Set Point is set to the value of the Process Value, or set to the value of
the StartValue parameter depending on the setting of the setting of the
RampStart parameter. The Set Point is ramped from this value to the value
memorized at a rate of change defined by the parameter RampSpeed.
When the ramp is active, the user can change the target value by pressing the
Next key to make Ramp Set Point the currently selected signal and then
pressing the Up/Down pushbuttons. This also changes the highlighted
segment on the bar graph.
