5.7.11.2 Setup Selections

Select the drink required and use the keypad to enter the number of standard cups
required for the jug.

This option allows you to enable/disable SureVend
5.7.12 Water Compensation
This sub menu enables the engineer to set the Espresso water system to vend the correct
amount of water for individual site operating conditions.
Important! Grinder and Auger Calibration must be carried out before setting the Water
Compensation
The objective is to vend the programmed amount of water (in Selection Timers) during a
vend. Increase or decrease the number until the correct volume of liquid is dispensed
during a Freshbrew or Espresso vend cycle.

Inst Compensation: Instant - used on LINEA machines
2.
FB Compensation: Freshbrew - low pressure drinks.
3.
Esp Compensation: Espresso - high pressure drinks .
5.7.13 Recipe Scale Factor
This menu allows the water throw to be increased or decreased globally within the machine
by up to 20%.
Note: all water related times e.g. whipper run, post vend etc. are also changed
proportionally, the ingredient throws are NOT changed, the Water Quantity value shown in
Selection Timers does not change.
