5.5.2.1 Valves
Use this option to test the operation of each individual dispense valve fitted to the main
gravity heater tank. During this test the dispense head moves to its fully extended position.
1.
Select the valve required.

Water will be dispensed from the heater tank during the test sequence. Place a
suitable container under the dispense position and on completion empty the contents
of the container.
Note: In this test the valves are each energised for 4 seconds allowing an accurate
calibration of volume via the restrictor on the valves.
Important: Ensure there is a suitable container in position to catch the hot water
dispensed during the test.
5.5.2.2 Pumps
Use this option to test the correct operation of the syrup pumps if fitted.

Select the required pump.
5.5.2.3 Augers
Use this option to test the operation of each of the ingredient motors. As this test causes
the ingredient canister auger to turn you should remove the canisters before starting the
test sequence. Each motor will run for 4 seconds.
Important: DO NOT place ingredient canisters on the floor.

Selecting Testing will run each auger in turn, selecting Abort will stop the sequence.

Select an individual Auger if that option is preferred
3.
Refit the ingredient canisters on completion of the test.
5.5.2.4 Whippers
Use this option to test the correct operation of each of the individual whipper motors, each
motor is run for 4 seconds.
