Troubleshooting - T536 LiXP
Symptom
Product cannot be activated. No
LED´s light up when pressing the
on/off button.
Product cannot be activated and
destroys batteries that are inserted
Electric motor does not react when
applying the trigger
Electric motor jerks shortly when
applying the trigger, then stops
Product shuts off when applying
load
Keypad lights flicker
Unstable motor speed
Possible causes
Broken battery
Bad connection between battery and
product
Broken keypad/ Damage to multiwire
cable between control unit and keypad/
trigger switch.
Short circuit in control unit.

Troubleshooting

Recommended actions
1. Check battery by pressing the
status button. Minimum 1 green
LED should be visible. See also
Battery and Charger
2. Make sure power connectors
between battery and product are
not damaged and free from dirt.
See pic.1 in appendix.
3. Make sure there are no visible
damage on the wiring. See pic. 2
and 6 in appendix. If damaged,
replace wiring assy.
4. Replace control unit

1. Make sure the trigger switch
signal connector is properly as-
sembled, not damaged and free
from corrosion. See picture #3 in
appendix
2. Make sure the motor
connector(s) are correctly assem-
bled. See pic. 5 in appendix.

Make sure power connectors bet-
ween battery and product are not
damaged and free from dirt. See
pic. 1 in appendix.
1. Replace wiring assy.
2. Replace keypad
1. Disconnect and make sure wa-
ter has not entered trigger switch
signal connector. If so, dry and
apply anti-corrosion grease, 588
17 64-01, before reassembling.
