After reassemblying, fill up the pump with solvent and increase progressively the pressure to
maximum setting up of the seals.
After half an hour, stop the pump and open the exhaust valve to depressurize.
Retighten the wetting-cup (4) by means of the wrench supplied with the pump in order to be in
accordance with the drawing. Comply with assembly dimension.
Before reassemblying the different components :
Clean the parts with the appropriate cleaning solvent.

Install the new seals if it is necessary after having lubricated them with PTFE grease.

Lubricate the piston and the inside of the cylinder to prevent from damaging the seals.

Install new parts if it is necessary.
