IMPORTANT
lack of installation of the device voids the heat exchanger warranty.
IMPORTANT: temperature safety sensors must be in place on the machine at a distance no greater than
30 cm from the flow connection of the thermo-product.
Whenever the thermo products lack a device, those missing can be installed on the thermo product flow
pipe, within a distance no greater than 1m from the thermo product.
ATTENTION: For no reason should the fire be lit if the plant has not previously been completely
filled with water. Doing so would seriously damage the entire structure.
plant must be done via the load pipe direct to the open vessel tank, in a manner that avoids
an excessive pressure of the water network deforming the thermo cooker boiler body.
The plant must always be full of water even during periods when the thermo cooker is not used. During
winter, an eventual period of rest must be met with the addition of antifreeze.

4. FIRE SAFETY

In the installation of the cooker the following safety measures are to be followed:
a) the minimum distance from flammable object and sensitive to heat (furniture, wood sheathings, fabrics.
etc.) and from materials with flammable structure must be 20 cm's. on the back and on both sides, in
order to assure a sufficient thermal insulation (Figure 4 A).
b) In front of the hearth, in its radiation area there must not be any flammable object or construction
material sensitive to the heat at least within 100 cm's; This distance can be reduced to 40 cm's if you
will install in front of the element to protect a retro ventilated and heat resistant protection. All minimum
safety measures are indicated in the plate of the products and they must be absolutely respected.
c) if the cooker must be installed on a floor not completely refractory, you must foresee a fireproof
background, e.g. a steel platform (size according to regional filing). The platform must stick out 50 cm's
in front and 30 cm's sideways (Figure 4 B)
d) there must be no inflammable components located above the wood burning stove/cooker (e.g.
canopies).
The cooker must operate exclusively with the ash drawer inserted. The solid residues of the combustion
(ashes) must be collected in an hermetic container, resistant to fire. The cooker must never be ignited near
when there are gas or steam emissions (e.g. glue for linoleum, gasoline, etc.). Never deposit flammable
materials near the stove.
During the combustion will be spread thermal energy which warms up the surfaces, the door, the fireplace
glass, the handles and knobs, the smoke pipe and the front side of the stove. Please avoid the contact of
these parts without gloves or the relevant tools.
Warn children of the danger and keep them away during the operation of the stove.
The use of a wrong or wet fuel causes the formation of creosote deposits in the flue and will fuel a chimney
fire.
