CORRECTIVE ACTION
Use a Crestron power
supply.
Verify that cables
plugged into NET ports
are secure.
Verify that the C2N-SDC
Net ID matches Net ID in
the software program
Verify that cable plugged
into NET port is secure
Verify AC wiring
and lower limit –
Refer to shade/drape
manufacturer instructions
