The following troubleshooting hints should help you to solve some problems on site. If a problem is not
solved using these suggestions, please contact the customer service and send the video endoscope back to
the manufacturer, see Chap.
Do not try by no means, to disassemble the video endoscope.

If using a detachable side-view tip adapter, the
probe tip may not be properly attached.
Lenses or glass windows may be dirty.
Light may be insufficient.

Unclear and Diffuse Image
Detach adapter and reinstall.
Clean the glass on probe tip of the flexible
probe with alcohol and cotton swab. Also clean
the side-view tip adapter if being used, see
Chap. 8.2.
Increase light source intensity or move probe tip
closer to object to be viewed.
