LD 23: Define the access DNs
Define three ACD queues with no agents:
• AWU access DN
• DND access DN
• staff access DN
Each ACD queue (access DN) must have NCFW to the main ACD DN of the Hospitality
Integrated Voice Services card configured.
To define the access DNs, access LD 23 from the system terminal, and enter the appropriate
responses to the prompts.
