3.11 Printing the Self-Test Pattern

The self-test function enables the plotter to check its own functions by drawing a self-test pattern.
CAUTION
The pen carriage starts moving as soon as the SELF TEST mode has been selected. To avoid any injury
to yourself or damage to the plotter, keep your hands and other obstacles out of the vicinity of any moving
parts.
(1) Load a medium in the plotter.
(2) Mount a plotting pen.
(3) Press the [PAUSE] key to select PAUSE mode.
(4) Press the [NEXT] key until the following menu is displayed.

(6) Press the [F4] key (TEST) to display the following menu.
