Assembly of the SlabMatrix Basic 1.0

The SlabMatrix Basic 1.0 routing and drilling device has to be assembled step by step as described
below:
1. Step:
Assembling the mounting frame with the cross rails

Select a low position for each of the 4 connecting screws.
Place the 2nd washer on the knurled screw between the mounting frame and the supports.
Connect the mounting frame to the supports of the cross rails.
Push the mounting frame into the locking position and tighten the knurled screws.
Expert tip: First tighten the two knurled screws on one side and only then the two knurled screws
on the opposite side.

Position the mounting frame centrally on the cross rails and clamp the mounting frame.
Result: The mounting frame and the cross rails form an assembly group.
