Action to Take
Each unit (staple unit, punch unit, top tray unit, stacking tray unit,
booklet tray unit, tri-fold output tray unit) of the multifunction finisher
is not connected. Contact your dealer or authorized service
representative.
Something may be obstructing the stacking tray. Make sure that
nothing is placed below or near the tray.
The staple unit, punch unit, top tray unit, stacking tray unit, booklet
unit, or tri-fold output tray unit of the multifunction finisher cannot be
used. Contact your dealer or authorized service representative. If you
touch [Close], you can continue using the machine except for the unit
that has an error.
The original contains the page whose paper size is not compatible
with [Mixed Size Z-fold]. The combinations of paper sizes that
enabled [Mixed Size Z-fold] are only A4 and A3 paper, B5 and B4
paper, and Letter-R and Ledger paper. Check the original size.
Touch [Close], and change the settings.
