E-MAIL SETTING 1

E-mail transmission settings are specified from the "ADMIN. MANAGEMENT"
menu in Utility mode.
This section provides details on specifying settings for the following parameters.
- SENDER NAME
- E-MAIL ADDRESS
- SMTP SERVER ADDRESS
- SMTP PORT NO.
- SMTP TIMEOUT
- TEXT INSERT
- DEFAULT SUBJECT
- POP BEFORE SMTP
- E-MAIL MODE (available only when optional fax kit FAX-4000 is installed)
Reminder
Before specifying e-mail transmission settings, check with the network adminis-
trator for the necessary information.
