DISTORTION/DEFORMATION IN THE
REPRODUCTION AS A RESULT OF ​ I RREGULAR SPEED​ OF
THE TURNTABLE​
.
1.​ This can be caused
by deformation of the ​ r ubber surface​ (1) due to oil, which has ended up on this. In that case, the
intermediate wheel must be replaced.
2.​
The intermediate wheel is not
perpendicular to the Motor axis/SHAFT . This can be adjusted by bending the bracket on which the
intermediate wheel is attached..

The motor shaft runs smoothly in the bearing, because the self-adjusting bearings are not
properly aligned. In this case, connect the device to the mains voltage and start.Now with a rubber
hammer or with the handle of a screwdriver, tap gently against the bearing housings of the motor.
In the state of 78 rpm. the intermediate wheel must rest well against the disc plate and the motor
shaft. The vertical PRESSURE/FORCE may not exceed 25 grams, the horizontal pressure may not
