Interactive Switches and Buttons

2. SW2 Service Button (Black)
The toggle switches are not used
in the Encore Ground, but must
be positioned correctly for proper
operation. The two left switches
must point to the left and the two
right switches must point to the
right.

Mainboard (PCB) Description

This button gives access to the
parameters of the machine and
products through Service mode
(see section 6.2 for details).
There are two functions for this
button:
-In Selection mode, pressing this
button will enter the touchscreen
calibration utility.
-In Service mode, pressing this
button will display the Factory reset
pop-up menu. This menu allows the
user to reset several settings back
to factory: configuration, passwords
and drinks settings.

Green LEDs
The green LEDs light up to indicate
the following statuses:
DS1 Power 5 V ok
DS15 Low water level
DS13 Brew group out of park position
DS14 Filter paper roll detected
DS18 Water detected in the overflow tray
Red LEDs
The red LEDs light up to indicate
the following parts are in use:
24 V DC Outputs:
DS2 Ingredients motor (coffee # 1)
DS3 Ingredients motor (coffee # 2)
DS4 Ingredients motor (soluble # 1)
DS5 Ingredients motor (soluble # 2)
DS6 Hot water valve (coffee)
DS7 Hot water valve (soluble)
DS8 Hot water dispensing valve
DS21 Soluble whipper motor
120 V AC Outputs:
DS9 Brew group motor
DS12 N/A
DS10 Water inlet valve
